My name is Jason Keigher. I'm a personal trainer in Palm Springs, and I am available for personal training in your home, office, park or gym in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Indian Wells and La Quinta.
I began my fitness career over 25 years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and spent more than five years as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY.
Additionally, for three years I was employed as a fitness instructor in the cardiac and pulmonary rehab at Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage.
I hold numerous fitness certifications (see below).
